Colt Single Action Army 44 Special caliber revolver. Very early 3rd generation custom shop model made in 1976 and marked "Custom Edition" in gold on barrel. Has "C" engraving and special serial no. "18SPL" also engraved in gold. This is part of the first edition of guns produced after Colt established the custom shop. Only 50 were made, supposedly engraved by Alvin White. Excellent condition with case and factory letter.
