SN: 81310. Made in 1914, .455 Eley with a 5.5" barrel. Bore is very good, with a very slight bulge about half way. Royal NW Mounted Police issued revolver. The backstrap is marked "RNWMP 980" and the but is marked "MP". The metal has about 70% original bright blue with some light rust and patina. The lanyard loop is missing and the grips are replaced. The action works properly and locks up tight. Overall good is condition, a neat Colt revolver with an interesting history.
