Serial number 22867. Made in 1889. 44-40 caliber with a 4” barrel. This is a nice sharp gun with a mostly gray patina on the metal. There are traces of blue in protected areas. This gun has a fantastic set of pearl grips. This gun is a scarce Sherriff’s model (without an ejector rod and housing). It is in 44-40 with the “Frontier Six Shooter” marking acid etched onto the left hand side of the barrel.
