Chinese Type 56 SKS rifle 7.62×39mm (L2025-13286)

Serial number 18006298. Made in 1973 at State Arsenal 316, so this is NOT a commercial Chinese SKS - it is an original People's Liberation Army surplus Type 56 military carbine that was laundered through Norinco & imported into the USA as a commercial sporting rifle. The 20.5-inch barrel has a bright chrome bore with strong visible rifling. Comes in an ATI DuPont Extreme Temperature Glass Reinforced Polymer Monte Carlo style stock equipped with an X Series recoil reducing butt-pad & an aftermarket receiver cover that is equipped with a 4.5-inch long optics rail.
