Serial No. 3228838, manufactured in 1955 at Factory 26, 7.62x54R, 20½” round barrel. Metal has developed a uniform grey patina. Serial numbers are non-matching; no import marks are present. Factory markings on the receiver remain strong and legible. Stock is in good condition, showing light handling impressions. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A solid example of a Cold War-era Factory 26 Type 53 carbine—a likely Vietnam bring-back.
