Chinese SKS carbine 7.62×39mm (L2025-15022)

Serial number 8027064. Made in 1963 at State Arsenal 296 in Jianshe (aka "Triangle 26"), so this is NOT a commercial Chinese SKS - it is an original People's Liberation Army surplus Type 56 military carbine that was laundered through Norinco & imported into the USA as a commercial sporting rifle. The 20.5-inch thread-mounted long collar barrel has a bright chrome bore with strong visible rifling. Features an early production milled receiver, an early milled rear sight base, an early production 1-piece gas cylinder & a milled trigger group. CJA import marked on the right side of the receiver. Comes with a 9-inch folding knife bayonet, a black composite side-folding pistol grip stock with matching handguard made by Advanced Technology, Inc., an aftermarket folding bipod, webbed sling, a TapCo 20-round magazine & a 17-inch cleaning rod.
