Serial number 146736. Made in 1857. 36 caliber with a 6“ barrel. This is a beautiful gun with 90% of the origial blue. There are traces of case colors on the frame in protected areas, but the colors have mainly turned to an even gray patina. The engraving is nice and sharp. All numbers are matching including the cylinder. The cylinder scene is perfect. The grips are excellent burl walnut. All of the original silver remains on the back strap and trigger guard. This gun comes in a deluxe rosewood case. With beautiful accessories. Absolutely beautiful factory engraved Colt 1849 Pocket!
