British WWII type II Fighting Knife by Wilkinson Sword – (MEW4330)

Original British WWII Fairbairn-Sykes fighting knife manufactured by Wilkinson Sword. Features a brass handle and blackened 6½” blade. Ricasso is etched with the Wilkinson logo, while the reverse is marked “THE / F S / FIGHTING / KNIFE.” Blade is in overall very good condition, showing only light signs of wear. Tang has been soldered at the pommel in absent of a pommel nut an increasingly hard-to-find example of the classic British commando dagger, prized for its historical significance and Wilkinson’s high-quality wartime production.
