Serial No. 31575, manufactured circa 1887–1894 by P. Webley & Son, Birmingham, 4” octagonal barrel marked “P. WEBLEY & SON – BIRMINGHAM.” Originally chambered for .455 Webley, the cylinder has been cut to accept .45 ACP with moon clips. Approximately 40% of the original blue finish remains, primarily on the frame; the balance has aged to a smooth grey patina. Serial numbers are matching, and factory markings remain sharp. Checkered grips are in excellent condition, showing only light handling wear. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock-up.
