Serial No. B711, manufactured in 1887, chambered in .577/450 with a 33.5" round barrel. The bore is very good, retaining sharp and well-defined rifling. Metal surfaces have aged to a smooth brown patina, giving the rifle an attractive and honest appearance. Factory markings on the right side of the receiver remain sharp and clearly legible. The stock is in very good condition, showing only light handling impressions consistent with age and service. Overall presentation is well preserved for a late-Victorian service rifle. Action is smooth and functions
