Serial No. 18067, circa 1860’s, .46 caliber, 28” octagonal barrel. Bore is bright with light surface frosting noted, rifling remains strong. Barrel is a dark patina with pin-prick oxidation visible throughout. Serial numbers on barrel and receiver are matching. This sporting rifle remains in its original dual action configuration. Action functions correctly.
