AUGUST WOLF BLE SHOTGUN 12 GAUGE (L2026-06226)

SN: 4865 made pre WW2 in Germany by August Wolf. 12 gauge side by side shotgun with 30" barrels, concaved matted rib, ivory front bead, 2 1/2" chambers and fixed chokes measuring .038/.038 (Full/Full). Scalloped box lock with side clips, double triggers, manual safety, auto-ejectors and a Greener style crossbolt. Nicely figured checkered walnut furniture with 2 black diamond inlays, right hand cheek piece and a 14.25" LOP to the factory horn butt plate. The receiver is fully covered in deep relief traditional German engraving with game scenes and oak leaves that flows onto the barrel wedges. Trigger guard is made of one solid piece of rams horn and has no cracks. Some light handling marks on the stock and a few small spots on the metal finish, overall in very good condition with excellent bores.
