NSN, circa mid to late 1700’s. .62 caliber, 42” round smoothbore barrel. Barrel is held in place with brass barrel bands. Barrel and other metal parts are mottled grey patina. Brass fittings and accents have an aged patina. Lock plate is marked with a “Crown/3”. Stock is fair with chips, scrapes, dings slivers absent and repairs. Action holds at half and full cock. A well-worn example of an Afghan Jezail that has seen some action throughout its life.
