NSN, circa mid 1800’s, .65 caliber, 39” octagonal barrel with faint Damascus pattern visible. Musket has two large brass wrappings underneath secured with 4-barrel bands. Barrel is a grey patina, lock plate is marked with East India Trade company logo forward of hammer, rear is stamped “1815”. Curved hooked stock has been lightly cleaned at some point, with a crack present forward of the lock plate. Brass decorations on the butt-stock have a nice aged patina. Action functions correctly.
