World War II production 1940-dated Martini Henry/Enfield brown leather rifle sling. Broad arrow marked as well as "Lees (W) LTD" near the thong end. This was the official issue sling for Commonwealth forces from the 1800’s until it was superseded by the web sling in the latter part of the Second World War.
