U.S. Model 1836 Flintlock Pistol by Waters. Dated. 1837. The lock has a dark gray patina with pitting. The barrel has a light gray to brown patina. Wood is still reasonably sharp and has a good cartouche on the left hand side. We believe this gun is a reconversion, but expertly done.
