J Stevens 44½ .22 LR caliber rifle. Fine condition model 44½. Excellent bore, half round/half octagon barrel. Barrel has approximately 98% original blue. The frame has approximately 80% case colors. Barrel has both front and rear factory sight and an adjustable folding Tang sight. Stock shows light dings and nicks, but no chips or cracks. Overall a very fine 44½ Ideal Stevens.
