Winchester 70 .257 Roberts Improved caliber rifle. Rare caliber. Original pre-64 model that has been converted to .257 Ackley Improved. The barrel has “IMP” engraved after the factory caliber marking. The rifle can still shoot standard .257 Roberts ammo, so the function is not affected. The gun is in fine condition with some muzzle wear, edge wear and some marks in the wood. A rare and desirable collectible Winchester at an affordable price.
