Winchester 70 .30-06 Sprg caliber rifle. Pre-war model 70. Gun was manufactured about 1940. Barrel and receiver have excellent blue. Floorplate and trigger guard have about 60-70% thinning blue. Stock shows medium to heavy hunting use with varnish worn and nicks and dings. Stock is solid with no cracks or breaks. Scope is a 4x Weaver with a lateral crosshair and command post retical. Solid pre-war .30-06 ready to go hunting.
