Winchester 12 12GA shotgun. Manufactured approximately in 1951. Gun has a screw in choke 1950's style. Bore is excellent. Forend wood is factory checkered. Buttstock is 14 3/4" pull over a non factory pad. Action works fine. Gun has 9 holes in the left side of the receiver. Previous owner said his grandfather was blind in one eye and had a gunsmith in Milwaukee make a side mount with a sighting rib that attached to the receiver and then to the compensator at the muzzle. Someone should buy this for the story and conversational value if nothing else. Gun is now obviously a shooter. If you are blind in one eye you could reconstruct the "rib" arrangement. The holes are drilled so you are halfway there!
