Sharps Pepperbox Copy by Unzueta Hijos of Santander Spain. A very large pistol in .44 caliber Rimfire. (Possibly .44 Webley Rimfire.) Barrel length 4” and overall length 7”. Firing pin in hammer rotates just like Sharps. Action works perfectly. Protrusion in front of the barrel cluster is the hand operated ejector rod. Gun is “in the white” and has the border engraving. Grips are excellent. This is a heavy, large .44 caliber well made pepperbox. Circa 1860. Unzueta and Hijos (Sons) made a variety of pistols in the City of Santander, located on the Northern Coast of Spain. (DALLAS LOCATION)
