Star 1914 .32 ACP caliber pistol. Star produced approximately 20 000 of these pistols at the beginning of WWI and were sold to the French Military. The French were pleased to have the Star which they held in high regard as opposed to the Spanish Ruby pistol which they did not. Excellent bore. Hammer has a blocking safety for the firing pine. Grips are excellent. The gun is refinished and has 98-99% of the refinished blue. Left side of slide has a logo of a canon on a carriage with the “Marque Deposee” and 7.65 caliber mark. Hard to find and somewhat obscure Spanish made for the French Military WWI pistol.
