Serial No. 387402, made in 1902, .30-40 Krag, 30 ¼” round barrel. Bore is very good with strong rifling noted. Barrel, receiver and other metal parts are a grey patina with some areas of mottled discoloration noted on the gate. Stock has expected nicks, dings and scratches visible, handsome 1902 dated cartouche is visible left side. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Comes with a period correct leather sling that is starting to show flaking in some areas.
