SN: 350074. Made in 1906, converted to .256 Win Mag with a 20" barrel. Bore is excellent. Originally a model 1892 saddle ring carbine, has been converted to .256 Win Mag using a model 53 .25-20 barrel. The metal has been refinished and the wood is modern replacement. Has a Lyman tang peep sight. A very interesting and unusual rifle, in overall very good condition.
