Serial No. 76091, made in 1862, .44 caliber, 8" round barrel. Overall finish is a grey patina with light surface nicks and dings visible. Bore shows frosting and pitting in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Serial numbers are matching expect for the broken wedge which is unmarked and cylinder. Inspector marks visible on trigger guard and cylinder. Faint cartouche is noted on the grips, with a crack present right side going from the upper trigger guard to the frame, it is noted that an "M" is visible at the spot.
