Orvis Arrieta SLE Shotgun 12 Gauge (S16154) DTX

SN: 57-03-70-96. Built in 1996, 12 gauge side by side made for Orvis by Arrieta in Spain. 28" barrels with 2 3/4" chambers and fixed chokes measuring .011/.021 (IC/MOD). 5 pin side lock action with Holland & Holland style hand detachable lock plates, double triggers and auto ejectors. The stock has a 14 7/8" LOP to a 1 1/8" English style leather wrapped pad with a silver stock oval. Drop is 1 1/4" at the nose, 2" at the heel with a neutral cast. Finish is in in very good overall condition, the barrels have good bright bores with some light patina and handling marks on the bluing. Coin finish action and wood furniture are both in very good condition with some light patina on the inside of the trigger guard and light handling marks on the stock. There are 2 previously repaired cracks about 1/4" long each behind the top tang and left lock plate that are visible although not live. Top lever rests right of center, overall weight is 7 lbs.(DALLAS LOCATION)
