SN: S7885. Made in the 1920's. .22LR with a 24" octagon barrel. Bore is excellent with strong rifling. Early model .22 lever action rifle with "S" prefix and star marking on the tang. The barrel has about 85% factory blue mixed with brown, and the mag tube is mostly brown. The receiver has gray patina with traces of case colors. The stock is good with marks and wear. Overall condition is very good. A desirable Marlin lever action rifle.
