SN: 2219. Made in 1941, 9mm Parabellum (9mm Luger, 9x19mm), 4.6" barrel. Bore is excellent & overall condition is also excellent with seamless original factory finish &, most importantly, no import marks. Designed by Aimo Lahti, this is a 1st series L-35 that has the attachment lug for mounting a buttstock assembly. It was made by the Valtion Kivaaritehdas (VKT) state rifle factory, which ultimately became a part of the Valtion Metallitehtaat state metalworks - also knows as Valmet. This remarkably attractive pistol comes with original "VKT" plastic grips & one factory original 8-round magazine.
