Wm Millward is listed as working at Gowers Walk, Whitechapel (London), 1843. Other family members listed as working in Birmingham, John Millward working 1826 to 1841. This is a bar in wood shot gun with 29” barrel length. Length of pull is 14”. Steel furniture is scroll engraved and trigger guard bow has a game scene and the finial is a traditional pineapple. This is a black powder antique shotgun and not for modern high pressure powder! Bores are very good and mostly bright. Excellent condition. This is a really fine shotgun
