Serial number C49836.. 52 caliber with a 22” barrel. Metal has a plumb color patina on the barrel. Wood is very good. This is an extremely rare gun. The 1869 model sharps was a transition model between the Sharp’s percussion models and the Sharps Model 1874. The 1869’s lock still has the dimensions of the Sharps percussion models, but is not machined out for the priming system. The 1874 lock is much thinner. (DALLAS LOCATION)
