SN: 6874 made in 1876. 10 gauge side by side with 30” twist steel barrels with a single silver bead, 2 5/8” chambers and fixed chokes CYL/CYL. Side lock lifter action hammer gun with rebounding hammers, sprung firing pins and a key and slot forearm. 13 ¾” LOP to the original steel butt plate with a drop of 2” to 2 ¾”. Bores have some pitting noted throughout and the barrels have a bright patina with the twist pattern clearly visible. Action has a nice even patina and the lock plates still have some original case color visible. Stock and forearm are in good condition with normal wear and handling marks, the stock does have a repaired crack behind the right lock and a small live crack behind the left lock. Barrels are off face, total weight is 9lbs 8oz.
