Serial No. F3778, made circa 1938-1939, 6.5mmx50, 31" round barrel. These rifles were manufactured by by Italy for the Japanese Military. Overall fair condition, Metal is a dark plum patina with surface oxidation noted throughout. Wood shows an old repair at the front barrel band, bore is dark with pitting visible. Barrel band spring is broken and band will not hold in place. Not safe to shoot.
