About 180,000 7.92X57mm (8mm Mauser) Persian Model 98/29 Mauser Rifle were manufactured by Brno in Czechslovakia between 1931 and 1938. The 29.1" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The metah has approx. 99% blue. The Persian crest is on the top of the chamber and all markings are in Farsi. The stock, with matching serial number, is excellent with a blank disc on the right butt. The cleaning rod, swivels, and stacking swivel are present. The action functins correctly. This is a like new example of the Model 98/29 Persian Mauser. You won't be able to improve on it!
