This 41 rimfire caliber third model "Thuer" derringer has approximately 98% of its frame nickel finish and traces on the barrel. The 2.5" barrel has a good bore with visible rifling and firing erosion. The COLT-marked barrel has a smooth steel finish with the exception of the top which has light roughness from the front sight to the chamber. The left side of the frame is marked 41 CAL. The walnut grips are fine with most of their varnish finish. The action functions correctly.
