This pre-64 Model 70 Westerner 264 Winchester Magnum caliber rifle is circa 1962. The 26" barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. All the metal retains approx. 99% of its original finish. The front sight cover and two sling swivels are present. The stock is excellent with sharp cut checkering and an excellent hard rubber buttplate. The action functions correctly. It has never had a scope mounted on it. This is a great, like new Model 70 Westerner!
