The 32” round barrel has an excellent bore. All metal has approximately 95% blue. The breech block has approximately 50% case colors. The lock is fine. The stock is fine with scattered use dents and no cracks or chips. It has a strong “SWP/1891” cartouche. The butt plate is brown. There is a front sight cover. The ramrod bayonet is fine. The action functions correctly. Overall, this is a very nice Model 1888 ramrod bayonet trapdoor rifle that would look good in any collection.
