J.D. Smith Custom Damascus Knife. ABS Master Smith. J.D. Smith created this piece in the 90s before receiving his Certification as ABS Master Smith. Smith is one of the leaders and pioneers of modern Damascus forging and you can see why in this piece. The patterns on this 8 7/8" blade are very bold. He used alot of interesting file work along the blade spine and also used a Damascus bolster. The handle appears to be Ebony. This is a wonderful knife, with alot of uniqueness.
