Colt New Police 32 S&W caliber revolver. Rare backstrap marking "Metropolitan Police Department D.C." These are scarce and very desirable guns for the capitol police. We have owned two other examples, one was a Lightning, the other a New Police. Gun is about excellent with 97-98% blue. Excellent bore and has deep dish Colt medallions.
