Confederate marked Enfield marked musket Tower marked 1862 dated musket with the Sinclair Hamilton marking just in front of the butt plate. Sinclair Hamilton and Company was one of the primary suppliers to the confederacy. Traces of the cartouche remain on the left hand side of the gun. Action works perfectly. Metal has a gray patina. Above average example of a confederate used gun!
