U.S. Model 1892 Krag conversion. This is an 1892 Krag rifle that has had the ramrod pipe in the stock filled by the arsenal. It is in extremely fine condition. The stock has been lightly sanded possibly at the arsenal. The P proof cartouche remains intact, but there is only traces of the date cartouche. The blue is excellent and original. Attractive and rare!
