Rare French model 1874 GRAS .22 caliber rifle. Originally produced by the French Arsenal Chatellerault in 1879. At some later time. the barrel was sleeved and the bolt head modified for caliber .22 ammo. The barrel was shortened to 28" and new sights installed. Excellent bore. All matching serial numbers. Rare Military Trainer!
