Slotter Made Derringer Pistol Retailer Marked R. Liddle San Francsisco. .44 caliber with a 2 ¼” barrel. 6” overall length. Furniture is nicely engraved. Barrel is nice and sharp, but there is no original finish. Barrel is marked “Made for /R. Liddle & Co/ San FRANCo CALa”. This is a seldom encountered retailer. Breech plug and lock are both marked “Slotter & Co/ Philla”. Hard to find Slotter Marked Derringer.
