Merwin & Hulbert First Model Factory engraved revolver. Early gun with the scooped cylinder and bird head grip. This gun is factory engraved with the popular and desirable Mexican eagle with snake motif. Pearl grips with missing pearl on right hand side of the grips. Barrel has been shortened and one of the chambers in the cylinder is blown out. Action holds both half and full cock, but does not index. Loading gate is missing. This could be a good project if one could find a talented gunsmith to fix the cylinder and engrave it to match. Priced reasonably.
