Winchester 1876 .45-75 caliber rifle in 35xxx serial number range with 95% blue overall and excellent wood. Has a tiny T.J.H. on receiver. This is a top condition ‘76 with factory letter.

Winchester 1876 .45-75 caliber rifle with very good wood and metal. Rare 7 leaf sight called for in factory letter. Rare 7 leaf sights are found on some 73’s but not mentioned in the factory letter. This is the only ‘76 with 7 leaf sights we have owned.

Winchester 1886 .45-90 caliber deluxe rifle with letter. Gun has a factory inscribed monogram on left side of receiver, but it does not mention it in the letter. Gun has about 25-30% case colors (more on right side than left). Has fancy stock with excellent checkering and very good bore.

Winchester 1895 .30 U.S. caliber rifle. Rare and beautiful factory engraved and gold inlaid model 1895. Receiver is gold inlaid and barrel and buttplate with bands. Receiver is game scene engraved with a bear on left side and hunter and stags on right side. Stock is style D carved with oak leaves. Has 95% blue. This rifle belonged to Henry A. Snow who was a big game hunter and film producer. Mr. Snow’s trophy collection was in the Snow Museum, now part of the Oakland Museum of California.
