Spanish Model 1924 .38 Special caliber revolver manufactured by Manuel Escodin, Eibar, Spain. Factory engraved in floral and scroll patterns and other decorative patterns all done in an attractive and professional manner. The bore is very good with excellent rifling. The barrel length is 5 inches. The action works indexes and locks up perfectly. The revolver was gold wash over silver plating and the gold has thinned to only traces remaining. The frame has Spanish Eibar proof marks such as crown over crossed swords and prancing dog which is the final proof for revolver This revolver is fashioned after a Smith & Wesson model M&P Military& Police, The grips are mellow old pearl that fit well and appear to be original to the revolver.. This is a very good looking revolver chambered for 38 special. We are selling this revolver as a collectors item. We do not recommend shooting this revolver with.38 special ammunition. Do not shoot this with .38 special ammunition!
